Augusta - Pauline (Papierski) Packard, 82, died Wednesday, Jan. 27, 2010, at Quaboag on the Common in West Brookfield, Mass.

She leaves one son, Ronald Dolson, and his wife Abby of New Braintree, Mass.; one daughter, Debra Elliott. of Portland; one brother, Ronald Papierski of Rutland; her twin sister, Barbara Cialone of Houston, Texas; seven grandchildren, Heather Elliott Murphy, Malinda Elliott Caron, Travis Dolson, Scott Dolson, Krystyna Dolson, Kyle Dolson and Kevin Dolson; eight great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Her husband, Robert N. Packard died in 1990, and she was also predeceased by a son-in-law, Steven Elliott. She was born in Webster, daughter of the late Vincent and Eva (Wallace) Papierski and grew up in Rutland and lived in Augusta, Maine, and Flagler Beach, Fla.
Mrs. Packard worked for 20 years as a clerk for the State of Maine's Registry of Motor Vehicles before retiring.
She was a member of the Rutland Congregational Church in Rutland and a former member of the Augusta Congregational Church in Maine. She was also a member of the National World War II Glider Pilots Association.
Funeral services will be held privately at the convenience of her family. There are no calling hours. Burial will be in the Maine Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Augusta. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the
